Rajasthan Royals post a funny video after BCCI announced that IPL will be resumed from September

IPL 2021 is all set to restart from September and October in 2021. The tournament was postponed due to the increase in the number of COVID patients in the bio-bubble. Rajasthan Royals took to Twitter to post a funny video.

Rajasthan Royals posted a funny snippet on Twitter by superimposing the faces of their players on the faces of the cast of the song “Hey Baby”.

Mumbai Indians also took to Twitter to post a picture from last year’s IPL tournament. They wrote down below “UAE, we are coming back.”

It clearly indicates that the players are looking forward to start playing their IPL tournament soon.

Rajasthan Royals were at the 5th spot before the IPL got suspended

Before the IPL 2021 got suspended, Rajasthan Royals were at the third spot on the points table. They played a total of 7 matches in the tournament and won in 3 of them.

Delhi Capitals were leading the points table with victory in 6 out of 8 matches played. They were followed by Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore.

The IPL 2021 tournament got postponed on the 4th of May due to the increase in the number of COVID cases in the bio-bubble.

UAE is going to be very busy hosting a number of matches and tournaments. Even PSL is going to be conducted in June. Around 20 matches of PSL will be conducted will take place at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium.

Apart from this UAE will also host Pakistan vs Afghanistan matches in the starting days of September. In addition to this, Pakistan and New Zealand will compete against each other between September and October.
