Even Ben Stokes will not be a part of the Rajasthan Royals this time. There is no certainty whether or not he will join the team in this season of IPL.

It is a double blow for the team as it will not have its two best players.

The BCCI has reduced the quarantine period to 36 hours for the players of England and Australia.  However, Joss Buttler who has traveled separately with his family will have to serve a 6 day quarantine period.

In an interaction, Joss Buttler said that Steve Smith and Jofra Archer will be available for the opening match against Chennai Super Kings.
